        Have you ever heard that one’s appearance decided by nature before 40,the decisive factor is one’s heart after 40?After watching this moive,I believe in that.Just like Celie’s father said,Celie got the ugliest smile all over the world.I agree with her father when I see her at the first time.But at the end of the film,the main character,Celie,do not disappointed us.She changed completely.
      Contrast with Celie,Shug 愛佛利 is beautiful,charming and she has a superb singing voice.It seems that Shug should be happy because all of people like her.But she doesn』t.Celie take the utmost care of her.In Shug’s view,Celie is beautiful for she possess a beautiful heart.She encourage Celie to smile confidently,teach her dance,help her to find her sister’s letters.What’s more,she love Celie sincerely.」Everyone need love.We sing,we dance and grumble,just want to be loved.」Shug talked to Celie.Without Shug’s love and encouragement,Celie cannot changed into a woman who is free,hopeful,happy and independent.I guess that Celie’s sister is the support for Celie to live.Celie find her sister’s letters with Shug’s help.The letters are the symbol of love.Relying on this love,Celie has courage to against her husband.
      Now,I think Celie is beautiful,even charming,too.In general,it’s a great moive ,from where we can learn love can conquer all.You can』t decide your looks,surroundings and destiny,but you can choose to smile,pursue free and love.
