片尾兩人坐在車裡等紅燈，有一段美麗得不現實的對話。

C: We can disappear. We can raise some money, sell everything, and just leave the country.
E: Señorita?
C: Mexico. Why not? We can get a little house on the beach, take a different name. People do it all the time.
E: What will we tell Charlie?
C: Tell him it’s an adventure. We can fish all day…we could learn to play the guitar
E: And I』ll serenade you to sleep every night.
C: We』ll just live the rest of our lives on that beach. And then when we die, we can just push out to sea. What do you think?
E: Sounds perfect.

這兩分鐘翻來覆去看了許多遍，每一遍都為他們之間的深厚感情而感動。儘管妻子出過軌，丈夫殺了人，但他們現在仍有相濡以沫的願望。
