Unlike most hollywood movies are talking about American dreams and how
a American dream comes true,a film like cross the nation is more like
a painting that illustrates how a dream comes broken.
This film is made up of 5 independent stories that are linked to each
other dependently
The main idea this movie is trying to get across is like nothing I saw
before. What is brought into great focus is not the breathtaking
special effect or the intense action scenes like Micael Bay's corny
Transformers,but the humanity that only great movies can bring us.
Let's pay attention to the Iraq girl's story.she made a speech about
911 accident to demonstrate only in that way can their voice be heard.
As you can imagine, this presentation sparkled widespread public
outrage in her class and what's worse was Federal Agents gave an order
that her parents and she have to move back to where they came from.
