Take out your trash. The trash is anything that is keeping you from the only thing that matters. This moment. Here. Now. If you truly are where you are now, you will be amazed at what you can do.
拋棄雜念。那些雜念讓你無法全神貫注。此時，此地。此刻。如果你的心真的活在當下，你會為自己的表現大吃一驚。

Where are you? 你在哪裡？
Here. 此地。
What time is it? 幾點了？
Now. 此時。
What are you? 你是誰？
This moment. 此刻。

The journey is what brings the happiness, not the destination.
