簡介
時序是現代，戰火造成的創傷逐漸被時間撫平，來到聖彼得堡美麗的公園和宮殿附近，每天清晨都會有一位退役的老將軍在這裡散步，然而當老將軍經過鳥群時，鳥兒總會慣例似的攻擊他，老將軍也習慣性又無奈四的撐起雨傘來抵擋。
一日，將軍收留的狗兒巴拿波特，決定要替主人化解這個情況，究竟老將軍和鳥兒們有什麼宿怨？巴拿波特會想出什麼妙計呢？
